Refunds and Returns – goods
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.
However you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Note that most of our items are one-off pieces and therefore an identical replacement may not always be available.
Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.

There is no compensation on delivery charges unless you believe the item has suffered damage in transit. If this is the case please photograph the damage and contact us via email providing photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving your goods. We will then take the matter up with the delivery provider.

STORE PICKUP –
Orders can be picked up on business days / work hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for
pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the “continue to
shipping” button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10kms of our shop.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for
local delivery.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within a business day using Australia Post. We do not ship outside of Australia at this
time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
